Jacklyn Thrapp won a New York Emmy in 2018 for contributing to WPIX-TV's coverage of a massive Nor'Easter.

Jacklyn Thrapp is currently a full-time associate producer for 21st Century Fox. Shows include: America's Newsroom, America's News Headquarters & The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino.

She got her start at the ABC affiliate in Kearney, Nebraska - where the news station was located nearly 16 miles outside of the city (literally on a barn in the middle of nowhere).

After a year in the corn field she made her way closer to home - where she became an executive producer at the CBS affiliate in Grand Junction, CO.

In 2014 Jacklyn made the jump to Denver, CO - her hometown. Her time as a producer for Channel 2/Fox 31 Denver were some of her most rewarding moments in the industry. She credits much of her knowledge to the amazing journalists and management team at Channel 2.

In 2016 Jacklyn moved to NYC to become a playwright. Of course, girl's gotta eat ... so she became an overnight writer for the CW affiliate in NYC.

After months of research and hard work Jacklyn Thrapp passed a complicated test and was given the opportunity to work for 21st Century Fox as an associate producer. She currently works there.
